We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your hosting account with us. We strive to make the cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
To cancel your hosting account, you must submit a cancellation request through our support ticket system or by contacting our customer support team. You can initiate the cancellation request at any time, but please note that the cancellation will take effect on the next billing cycle.
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you cancel your account within the first 15 days of signing up, you will be eligible for a full refund of your hosting fees. After the first 7 days, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your hosting account.
Please note that domain name registrations and renewals & any servers, licenses are non-refundable. If you cancel your hosting account, you can choose to transfer your domain name to another registrar or keep it with us and pay the domain registration renewal fees.
It is your responsibility to regularly back up your data. We recommend that you perform regular backups to protect against data loss. We do not guarantee data backup services and will not be responsible for any data loss or corruption. In the event of data loss or corruption, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the lost or corrupted data.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. If we terminate your account for any reason other than a violation of our terms of service, you will be eligible for a prorated refund of your hosting fees.
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
